One of the fortunate side effects of searching for thin places is that when you are looking for things, you tend to find them. So often in thin places, what I discover is the presence of God. And that is something that you also can find when you are looking for it. God’s presence is everywhere, but God, being God, doesn’t always make that presence obvious. You have to seek out God. God is there. God promised.
