I love all kinds of music, except for techno. I actually like for my music to have instruments, not just computer generated noise. And I find that much of the events of life are summarized in the lyrics of songs.
To that end, let me say, “I work hard, and play harder.” I believe that today we spend too much time working and not enough time enjoying the fruits of our labors. In saying this you need to know that I work very long hours, and I play very long hours. I do try to find balance, mostly because no one beside myself will finance my playing. But I also believe there is a holiness to our play time, to our leisure. So I want to spend some time looking for the “thin places” of the fun stuff.
